From the release of version 23.01, SuperNova is now available in three licence types. This web page provides an overview of each licence type and further information to help ensure your customers have the right licence for their needs.
The new SuperNova Professional and Enterprise licences enable you to fully support customers that are committed to delivering Diversity, Equality, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEI&A) throughout their organisation. Both Professional and Enterprise licences:
SuperNova is available in three Editions - Magnifier, Magnifier and Speech, and Magnifier and Screen Reader. These three editions provide a different level of accessibility features depending on the end user's needs.

If SuperNova is licenced to an individual team member (and you expect them to take their software with them if they leave their employment), your customer can continue to use a Personal licence of their chosen SuperNova Edition.
A customer should be directed to a Professional or Enterprise licence where SuperNova is licenced to the business. Choose a Professional or Enterprise licence if any of the following apply:
As SuperNova Professional was introduced with version 23, your customer’s licence should be reviewed when they purchase an upgrade to v23 or later.

A customer only has to pay for a Professional licence where SuperNova is licenced to the business. If SuperNova is licenced to the individual team member (i.e. the licence belongs to the individual), they are able to continue using a Personal licence of their chosen SuperNova Edition.
Please also be aware that our Professional licence provides significantly better value than the equivalent licences provided by alternative magnification solutions. For example, a licence of Fusion Professional with or without the next two upgrades is approximately 20%* more expensive than an equivalent licence of SuperNova Professional (*UK price check from May 2024).

SuperNova USB is available as an add-on to any software purchase of SuperNova. It is available for Personal, Professional and Enterprise licences of SuperNova.

SuperNova Professional and SuperNova Enterprise can be used for working from home and installed on devices belonging to the organisation. For installation on personal devices, a personal licence should be purchased.
